Release Date Announcement!

We’re very happy to finally announce together with Shoreline Games that Sanatorium – A Mental Asylum Simulator will be releasing on Steam for Windows, macOS and Steam Deck on

November 6th 2025!

Thank you for your patience and we’re excited to get on this last mile until the gates and all the hidden doors of Castle Woods Sanatorium open for all of you. Its been already a great journey with you.

We’ve come a long way, but the last bit of the way will be up hill through the dark forest right before Castle Woods, getting noticed, helping others find the way and polishing the floors in the Sanatorium!
